Harry Potter and the Philosopher's Stone:
"Your aunt and uncle would be proud though, won't they?" Said Hermoine as they got off the train and join the crowd thronging toward they enchanted barrier. "When they hear what you did this year?"
"Proud?" said Harry. "Are you crazy? All those time I could've died, and I didn't manage it? They'll be furious..."
Harry Potter and the Chamber Of Secrets:
Fred and George, however, found this all very funny. They went out of their way to march ahead of Harry down the corridors shouting, "Make way for the Heir of Slytherin, seriously evil wizard coming through..."
Harry Potter and the Prisoner of Azkaban:
Professor Trelawney: "Would anyone like to help me interpret the shadowy realms within their orb?"
Ron: "I don't need help, it's obvious what this means: there's going to be loads of fog tonight."
Harry Potter and the Goblet Of Fire:
"An excellent point," Said Professor Dumbledore. "My own brother, Abeforth, was prosecuted for practicing inappropriate charms on a goat. It was all over the papers, but did Abeforth hide? No he did not! He held his head high and went about his business as usual! Of course, I'm not entirely sure he can read, so that may not have been bravery..."
Harry Potter and the Order Of Phoenix:
"Who's Kreacher?"
"The house-elf who lives here," said Ron, "Nutter. Never met one like him."
"He is not a nutter," said Hermoine.
"His life's ambition is to have his head cut off and stuck up on a plaque like his mother," said Ron. "Is that normal, Hermoine?"
Harry Potter and the Half Blood Prince:
"An Unbreakable Vow?" said Ron, looking stunned. "Nah, he can't have...are you sure?"
"Yes I'm sure," said Harry. "Why? What does it mean?"
"Well, you can't break an Uncbreakable Vow..."
"I'd work that much out for myself, funnily enough."
Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows:
"You can't do it if I don't cooperate, you need me to give you some hair."
"Well, that's that plan scuppered," said George. "Obviously there's no chance at all of us getting a bit of your hair unless you don't cooperate."
"Yeah, thirteen of us against one bloke who's not allowed to us magic; we've got no chance," said Fred.
